Plan to arrive in Winnipeg the evening before your
departure to Big Sand LakeLodge. Our representative will meet
you at the Winnipeg International Airport and drive you to
your overnight accommodations. If you are driving to Winnipeg,
we ask that you telephone us upon your arrival. Our
representative will escort you the next morning to the charter
flight bound for Big Sand Lake Lodge. On your return to
Winnipeg, our representative will greet your flight and assist
you. Your flight connections from Winnipeg to your home should
be booked after 4:00 pm.
Getting to
Winnipeg
 We recommend our trusted travel

to special ‘Unpublished’ airfares for fishers and hunters.

Payment Policy
Responsibility
Big Sand Lake Lodge makes every effort to
serve our guests, but will assume no responsibility or
liability for any hazard of any kind associated with these
trips. Neither is any obligation nor responsibility assumed
for any political, meteorological, climactic, or other event,
or the service of transportation companies, contractors, or
other principals for which Big Sand Lake Lodge acts as
agents.
Baggage Limitations
Guests are reminded that they may bring 1 bag and
rodcase not exceeding 45 Lbs. Excess Baggage charges may apply
or Excess Baggage may not make the
flight.
Cancellation
Policy For cancellations received in writing 91 days prior to
departure date, the trip will be credited to the following
year. Cancellations received 90 days or less prior to
scheduled arrival will not be credited or refunded.
Deposits A deposit of $ 1,000.00 is required to secure
reservation. The balance is due March 15 prior to departure
date. Deposits are not refundable, but will be held and
applied to a rescheduled trip booked within one year of
confirmation notice. Trip Cancellation insurance is
recommended but Optional. 2.5% due on all overdue accounts.

Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend Travel Insurance to cover your
investment should a family emergency, act of God, or other
unforeseen situation arise, which would cause you to cancel
your trip.
There is a company, Travel Guard International, which offers
Insurance specific to you. They offer the standard coverage's
of Cancellation and Trip Interruption but also offer
specialized benefits such as Equipment and Personal Effects
for Lost, Stolen or Damage gear or Equipment Delay coverage.
In addition they offer a MedEvac Travel Insurance to cover
you while traveling.
